Adam has over 10 years experience in the education industry and has a passion for education that creates outcomes.
After getting his Bachelor of Education, Adam started his career as a teacher. From there, he moved into the vocational education sector, working with Registered Training Organisations to help thousands of people improve their current career, or switch careers entirely.
This exposure to all areas of education and training, made Adam realise that the traditional education system was a flawed one.
Large universities & training companies considered their job complete as soon as a student got their certification, so they wouldn’t help with job placement.
Yeah it might help with their Linkedin profile, but that’s about it!
Because of this, Adam now focuses all his time on making sure Cyber Revolution not only provides a fantastic student experience, but also prioritises students being able to land their first industry job.
This is achieved by partnering with some of Australia’s leading cybersecurity companies who hire directly from our student pool.
We at Cyber Revolution are proud to announce that we are a part of the NSW Digital Skills and Workforce Compact’s 20% Alternative Pathways Pledge.
As one of 41 organisations committed to this initiative, we pledge that by 2030, 20% of our digital entry-level hires will come from alternative pathways – including bootcamps, VET courses, and vendor certifications.
We believe cybersecurity talent comes from many backgrounds, and non-traditional routes often produce the most innovative minds in our field. This commitment aligns with our mission to “secure your future” by building a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we protect.
Together with our fellow Compact Partners, we’re helping address the 85,000 digital worker shortage while creating opportunities for underrepresented groups to enter cybersecurity.
Because when it comes to protecting against digital threats, skills and passion matter more than the path taken to acquire them.

Adam reveals how his own experiences as a tertiary education teacher exposed critical gaps in traditional education pathways, and how Cyber Revolution was born to address these.
With high salaries & exceptional job security, cybersecurity offers incredible opportunities - but it's not for everyone. Adam's honest breakdown helps you determine if you're genuinely ready for this challenging, yet rewarding path.
We're facing our biggest threat since World War II - and it's in cyberspace.
Adam covers:
- Why Australia is 5 years behind the rest of the world

- What the Optus breach means for your career
